Lately, Lillie has lots of questions. She asks "Why?" about everything! She has also been asking about a daddy. She is very interested in family relationships and will often ask, "Where is my daddy?" or "Where is my baby brother?", both of which I have tried to answer honestly and simply. (To be honest, I had not expected to be answering these questions so quickly.)
The other day we were getting in the car and Lillie said,"We not have a daddy at our house. We not find him yet, mom?" Out of the mouths of babes!
Your right baby, we haven't found him yet!

When you least expect it. Gabe was about Lillie's age or maybe a little younger and he started looking for a baby everywhere. He wanted to buy them at the store. Thought he could pick them out off the carts, wanted the mailman to bring him one etc. They are so funny with the things that they say as they try to figure stuff out.
Maybe it is Lillie who is meant to find him! You never know.....

Too cute! I have been getting the tough questions as well. Avah has been asking why we didn't want a baby brother. I never expected these types of questions at such a young age.
